From the living room, through a large staircase, you enter the upper floor consisting of a double bedroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Facing the house, a swimming pool with wooden and lava stone platforms, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, offers guests an enchanting view of the sea as far as the Aeolian Islands.
On the estate there are olive trees, cork oaks and oaks as well as vegetation typical for the region.
The structure is equipped with a photovoltaic system for the autonomous production of electricity as well as power generators.

When you book, a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount is due.
The balance will be paid within 30 days before the start of the booked stay.
If you book within 30 days from the beginning of the stay, the total amount (balance plus deposit) must be paid in a single solution.
All payments must be made by bank transfer.
If you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the start of the stay, the total amount will be refunded.
